- Is it possible for us to move forward or not
- If we need to put in further efforts to fine tune your requirements, we will highlight those along with estimates of costs and time frame
- If additional efforts are NOT needed, we will indicate broad deliverables along with costs and time frame
- We will also indicate a short list of key commercial terms
The response(s) as above will be sent to you by the next business day / latest two working days
If you are keen to move forward, we will together work on developing and signing a formal contract. We can work on your / our standard contract formats
If modifications to the standard contracts forms require more than 3 hours of work, the total effort will be billed and invoiced to you
On completion of respective portions of the commercial terms, we commence work and deliver as per agreed terms. From that point onwards, you become one of our Customers
The typical rates
- The rates for our effort until you become our customer, are typically US $ 150 to US $ 300 per hour, depending upon the complexity of meeting your requirements, for all the extra efforts
- For example if you specify your requirements clearly and the interactions for contracts finalization do not exceed the free services periods indicated, you don’t have to incur any costs to become our customer
- Any additional charges like National / International calls, travels and other incidentals are to be borne by you
- Once you become our customer, the rates are as per contractual terms
